M.S. Sustainable Environmental Systems candidate
Aditi Galande is a graduate student in Pratt’s Sustainable Environmental Systems program. Her professional background is in landscape architecture where she worked for the last 5 years. In February 2022 she conducted a workshop; ‘Ecological Planting Palette’ at the National Online Conference of the Indian Society of Landscape Architects (ISOLA), which offered a holistic view and methodology for creating an ecological planting palette. She was actively involved with ISOLA Maharashtra Chapter since its formation in 2018 and served as chapter secretary in 2021. Her interest in the environment has prompted her to take up courses in the field of botany, ornithology, and sustainability. She likes photography; subjects of interest being plants and birds and trying to identify them.
