Mackenzie Quenneville

Policy and Date Fellow

Mackenzie Quenneville is a second-year student in the Urban and Community Planning program at Pratt Institute, where she focuses on environmental justice, gentrification, and equitable development. Mackenzie earned her bachelor’s degree from NYU, where she studied Business and Urban Design and first became interested in the social and spatial impacts of urban growth. After graduating, she worked in real estate development as a consultant to homebuilders in California.

That experience motivated her to pursue a more community-centered approach to planning and development, and she has loved gaining hands-on experience at Pratt through their studio work with community organizations. One of her favorite ways to explore all that NYC has to offer is by going on runs through new neighborhoods!
