Elisha Wilson

Elisha Wilson is the Planner for Community-Based Initiatives. Elisha supports CBO partners through project management and assists with the design of community engagement strategies.

A large part of Elisha’s work involves conducting research and data analysis to support community outreach and later phases of projects. Alongside Pratt Center staff and Nos Quedamos, Elisha is working on the LUCHA Project to develop a new land use and zoning framework that will continue to foster cultural preservation and equitable development in Melrose, the Bronx.

Previously, Elisha worked as a Mapping and Data Consultant with TYTHEdesign in support of the Lower East Side Ecology Project’s 2026 Food Needs Assessment. Additionally, she provided planning support for Pratt Institute's Sustainable Communities Studio, which focused on developing a People’s Plan informed by the priorities of Coney Island residents.

Elisha has a BA in Psychology and Environmental Science from Lehigh University and received a Master's degree in Urban and Community Planning from Pratt Institute.

She was raised in Harlem, NY and Bushwick, Brooklyn and is currently a resident of Bedford-Stuyvesant where she enjoys going on walks, expanding her cooking abilities and visiting the local library.
