Chante Ramsey

As Director of Operations, Chante leads Pratt Center’s team in developing and implementing systems and processes to streamline operations and keep programs running smoothly. Her work at the Center includes oversight of finance, administration, communications, information systems, human resources, and facilities management.

Prior to joining Pratt Center, she served as Deputy Director for Business Administration at the Center for Court Innovation, where she oversaw operations, grants management, technology, as well as facilitated staff training in fiscal, technology and facilities protocols to 600+ staff. Chante has a Masters Degree in Nonprofit and Organization Management from Baruch College.

Chante grew up in East Flatbush and Bedstuy, Brooklyn and has recently relocated to New Jersey where she has her sights on making viable connections in her new community, continue her moonlighting commercial photography as well as building her garden dedicated to her beloved mother and grandmother whom are the source of her strength and tenacity.
